I recently upgraded an ACS appliance 1111 from version 3.2 to 4.1.1.24. if I power up the device it asks me to reset the administrator password and all that. After the device reboots it asks me to reset the administrator password again, it keeps on doing that. And I don't have the recovery CD for the 1111. Can u assist me with finding a solution for that I will be very greatful.

Hi,
Make sure that you don't have any recovery CD in CD-ROM that could be a reason for getting following options:
[1] Reset administrator account
[2] Restore hard disk image from CD
[3] Exit and reboot
Enter menu item number: [ ]
In order to get recovery CD for model 1111, v4.1. You need to open a TAC case. Only TAC can publish you recovery CD's.

I have the same problem. I am using ACS 4.1.1.23
There is nothing in the cd rom drive. It reboots during the initial configuration, right after you configure the date and time.
There is another post below that mentions that the ACS cd's are specific to the hardware. How can I tell if my cd is for a 1111 or not?
thanks!
thanks!
