I have a 1113 with Release 4.1(1) Build 23.
Is the 4.2 upgrade only available via Proudct Upgrade Tool? I don't see it on Software Download at http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/acs-soleng-3des

To get an upgrade you need to open a TAC case. ACS software are not listed on CCO even if you have valid contract.

I called to open a TAC case but they re-directed me to Cisco Customer Service. I know have a case number and am waiting to be contacted.
