ACS 3.1 CSUtil Client IP assignment

I need to add 400 users to our ACS system, I have a text file ccontaining the usernames, passwords and client IP address (Dial-Up) and I can't find anyway of configuring a client IP address assignment using the CSUtil import tool? Can this be done?

You can't do anything like this with CSUtil. You can do it with the ODBC import (RDBMS Synchronization) tool if you can put these users into an ODBC type database. See http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/access/acs_soft/csacs4nt/csnt30/user/ag.htm#275336 for details.
