ACS 3.2 is Unreachable !!

We have Cisco Secure ACS v3.2 installed three months ago. Last week we faced a serious problem with the appliance. It suddenly becomes unreachable, and it needs manual reboot to bring it up again. Once we checked Diagnostic Logs in the System Configuration menu, we found out inside ApplianceLogs that the status of the appliance was ((Transport is not running)).

Please advice.

If you run into this condition, check if authentication itself is working properly. The 'Transport is not running' message indicates a console problem, thus causing the console connectivity problem. In all probability however, the ACS software should continue to authenticate users just fine.
