ACS 3.2 on Win2k - CLI database backup fails

Hi All,

While trying to backup the database using the command prompt I got an error message saying it failed to create output directory. At the end of the displayed path there is a "System Backup\\CSPOOL for DLL". The path has double \ and this is what seems to be the problem.

A screen capture is attached.

Any idea how to solve this one?

Not sure what the problem could be.

Can you try to delete the folder "CSPOOL" and "Certs" and then try to do the backup again?

If not working, you might have to try the backup from GUI.
