ACS 4.0 help

Dear all

I tried to install ACS 4.0(1) software for the first time using the istallation guide for ACS , but after istalling the software on the server and trying to run the software from the ACS Admin icon on the desktop or using the browser (http://172.0.0.1:2002) , i didnot see the ACS interface on the desktop , only an empty page appeared. i ensured from that the java software is installed .

so what is the problem???

Was it a typo http://172.0.0.1:2002

It should have been http://127.0.0.1:2002. Else it seems to be a Java problem

Thanks for your reply . Really ,i typed the following URL : http://127.0.0.1:2002 .

but the problem is still existing . i installed the latest version of java from the internet .

Is there any other reasons for this problem ???

Check this link, provides good info on most common problems when trying to load ACS for first time, go through check list of ACS services that need to be running properly in windows.
