Using Firefox, I make changes to a User, then click Submit - Nothing happens.
If I bring up my JavaScript error console and click and I get the error:
document.encryptor.Encrypt is not a function.
Where do I report bugs in ACS, or have I just done that? :-)

Firefox is not a supported web browser for ACS 4.0.
Please use IE or Netscape.

And if I don't use Windows?

Hi,
Netscape is supported with Linux/Unix

True, but it's getting installed over my dead body. It's as buggy as hell. I'd rather use IE.
It seems strange that Cisco Support Netscape but not Firefox. FF has a FAR larger installed userbase, expecially within IT Professional Circles.

I've used Firefox v2 on Windows and Mac OSX with ACS 4.1 and it was fine.

what is the cisco QA engineer talking about?
I use FireFox version 1.5.0.9 to connect to
ACS 4.0(1) and it works fine. Unless he is
talking about the supportability when you
open a TAC case but that's another issue.
