Hi,
I can't seem to get my NAM-1 (6509) running software v3.4, to accept logins using CIsco ACS 4.0. All of my other cisco devices have been working fine with this ACS for over a year.
The ACS Failed Attempts Log shows: "key mismatch" in the Authentication Failure Code column. Well I've tried numerus key changes and NAM reboots. Nothing helps.
Any thoughts?
Thanks
Michael

Hello Michael,
Have you tried deleting the NAS in ACS4.0 and re-entering? How about using a blank tacacs key and doing a packet capture?

Hi Hector,
I did delete and re-add the NAM in ACS. Also, tried to leave the key blank in both apps but the NAM will not allow me to do so I didn't try the packet capture.
Currently I working on upgrading the NAM software from 3.4 to 3.5. I think after I get that all squared away I'll try getting it to work with ACS.
Thanks
