ACS 4.2 appliance gets "silent"

Hi,

has anybody encountered on the next problem: ACS Release 4.2(0) Build 124 appliance every now and then stops functioning. Symptoms are it gets unavailable, it's MAC address cannot be seen on switchport, switchport is up up. The only thing that helps is hardver restart. After restart everything is OK. After less than 2 months problem repeats. Thanks.
