ACS 4.2 hanging again and again

Hello,

I have ACS 4.2 appliance .My ACS frequently hang up in a day or two.

Please help me what are the possible causes of this and solutions.

Ritesh,

It can happen due to many reasons. I would suggests to apply patch 12 on appliance and remote agent and see if that fix it.
