Could someone advise on the potential issues likely to be encountered in migrating from ACS 4.2 to 5.1 ? What does the migration tool transfer and more importantly what does it not do ?
I have an ACS database of about 200 users in various groups. A large majority of these users authenticate via AD but there are some internally authenticated users too. Many users have command restrictions on what they can and cannot do once authenticated and some have full exec priv.
Is there likely to be much work to do once the migration tool imports to 5.1 to get a working server ?
As you can guess the workings of 5.1 are new to me and it looks far away from what I have been used to with v4 ACS so I am trying to estimate the time needed to get a successful 5.1 replacement for my current 4.2 server.
