ACS 4 - Services wont start on redundant server

Last night we patched our ACS services with the latest windows updates. These ACS servers replicate their database from server 1 to 2. After the required reboot server number 2 is unable to start its ACS windows services. ACS logs are non-existent as the program files aren't running, all I have is entries from the eventlog. It appears that the error is related to the fact the servers are setup in a redundant nature.

CSAdmin, Can not initialize SchemeLayer, 74.

The description for Event ID ( 1 ) in Source ( acs ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: Fatal error: Could not open/read file: e:\Program Files\CiscoSecure ACS v4.0\CSAuth\Users\system\SERVERNUMBER1Jul-26-06-1707\Admin~.enc

I've search bug toolkit, and the forums for similiar cases. Can anyone help?

Re: ACS 4 - Services wont start on redundant server

Manually re-start the services. Also try to reboot the secondary server.Make sure no modification to ODBC is done and also service pack is not installed. Some service packs do affect the service.
