ACS 4.x Java

I am installing ACS for Windows 4.x on a new server. My server team built the server and they installed Java but it is not in the default location (e:\java). So when I try to access to add a local admin (first time login) from the server it is not loading the Java plugin so I can not add an administrator. My server guys asked me if there is somewhere in the ACS config that I can tell it where to look for Java or does it have to be installed in the default location (c:\program files\...).

Location shouldn't matter here. If you have 2003 make sure you have acs ip 127.0.0.1 added in trusted site of IE settings.
