Acs 5.1 backup problem

I'm trying to backup acs 5.1 "backup   repository repository-name" but acs gives me a critical error.

% Creating backup with timestamped filename: acs-121022-1431.tar.gpg

% Error: Insufficient disk space to perform full backup.

% Try Lowering the data window on ACSView Data retention under Data Management Configuration.

% Application backup error

this problem of disk space was solved by emptying the database acsview via the interface (Monitoring Configuration > System Operations > Data Management > Removal and Backup.) but the backup operation stops in this step "Adding ADEOS file to backup" (see picture)

My questions is :

why the backup operation stops? and What are the versions supports acsview commad  ?

Could you also run:"debug

Could you also run:

"debug transfer 7"

"debug copy 7:"

and share it.

the acs-view command is supported from ACS 5.3 patch 6 onwards.

You are still running ACS 5.1

You are still running ACS 5.1 right ?

30 percent OPT might be tipping the backup off.

Anyways, you are looking to backup up the whole configuration, correct ?

During an attempt to save a backup from the ACS, the Cause: Incremental Backup Not Configured- Details: Incremental backup is not configured.Configuring incremental backup is necessary to make the database purge successful. This will help to avoid disk space issues. View database Size is 0.08GB and size it occupies on the harddisk is 0.08GB warning appears.

Solution:

You cannot concurrently run an incremental backup, full back up, and data purge. If any of these jobs are running, you must wait for a period of 90 minutes before you can begin the next job.
