To my knowledge, there is no way to automate running a report like this and having it sent to you. You can run these reports manually by going to "Monitoring and Reports" --> "Launch Monitoring & Report Viewer"-->"Reports"--> chose one of the reports in "Favorites" or go to the "Catalog".
