ACS 5.4 log collector has an Error

Today I had problem with ACS 5.4 log collector process application management. The application management isn't being responsible. After restarting device CSACS 1121 and application processes it was still problem with application management. Then we decided to change log collector to new log collector. Now it’s working correctly but I couldn’t restore full backup to new log collector ACS 5.4.  It shows me an error:

cs-acs-log-1/xx# show repository cs-acs-log-1-2

acsviewdbfull_cs-acs-log-1_20140128_100837.tar.gpg

acsviewdbfull_cs-acs-log-1_20140131_094021.tar.gpg

acsviewdbfull_cs-acs-log-1_20140131_111500.tar.gpg

acsviewdbfull_cs-acs-log-1_20140212_103002.tar.gpg

acsviewdbincr_1_cs-acs-log-1_20140202_040000.tar.gpg

cs-acs-log-1/xx# acs restore acsviewdbfull_cs-acs-log-1_20140131_094021.tar.gpg repository alma-acs-log-1-2

Restore requires a restart of ACS services. Continue?  (yes/no) yes

Initiating restore.  Please wait...

How long should I espect a restore to take place?

Is there any way of seeing if ACS is actually doing the restore?
