Hi,
When i was reconfiguring the ip address of my ACS applicance using "SET IP" command, it failed to assign ip address, i rebooted the appliance since then whenever i try to configure ip address on it using "SET IP" address command, it gives me following error:
"Error: Failed to get NIC configuration: (null) (FFFFFFFF)"
i am using appliance with following software:
Cisco Secure ACS: 3.3.2.2
Appliance Management Software: 3.3.2.1
Appliance Base Image: 3.3.1.6
CSA build 4.0.1.543.2: (Patch: 4_0_1_543).
I would appreciate if any one can help me to sort out this issue.
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
This problem is pretty common and usually resolved by re-imaging the appliance. Please reimage the SE using the recovery CD.
Here is a link that includes the procedures for re-imaging the appliance.

Hi,
You need to open a TAC case so that image can be published.
