ACS Authentication Start write Failed

My debug gives the following error. There are no problems getting from the router to the acs server. Please help

Oct 5 10:00:01: TPLUS(00000AB6)/0/WRITE/6273894C: timed out

So you are not able to authenticate using tacacs ? Can you get me complete debugs

debug tacacs

debug aaa authentication

Also can you check and verify that the address that is being used to source the TACACS packets is the address configured on the TACACS server for this device?
