We currently have an ACS server on a flat AD domain. We will be migrating users over to a different heirarchical AD domain. We want to be able to have our users authenticate to the existing ACS server while the migration takes place, regardless if they are on the old AD domain or migrated to the new AD domain. Does anyone have recommendations?

Hi,
I would suggest following the post-upgrade documentation and configuring the ACS Services accordingly before changing the domain setup.
The steps can be found at :-

Hi
Regarding ACS Authentication to multiple Active Directory Domains:
Are these without trusts? or does a Trust exist between them?
I personally still havent found a way of autenticate usere against multiple AD's without trusts.
Best Regards

Hi Jarle,
Authentication will not work without trust between domains.
If trust is out of question then configure authentication to AD as an LDAP on ACS.

Vivek
