Hi anas,
To understand the problem better, I have few questions: did that ever work for you? What time is that configured for? Is data purging working for you? What type of repository are you using for incremental backup? Do you also see some kinda alarm that incremental backup is not running?

This could be because of disk space issue. You can check the same under the output of "df -h" by executing "show tech".
As far as I know when the incremental backup fails, it gets disabled automatically and send a warning to the administrator to investigate the failure and then re-enable the backups. The incremental backup failure would show up as an Alarm in the Alarms->Inbox area of the View GUI. The failure itself will be a Critical severity alarm logged when the failure occurred. You'll probably see Warning severity alarms at regular intervals following that which indicate that the incremental backups are not configured.
There is no readily accessible log file/report regarding the incremental backup failure -the alarm itself would normally contain an error code/string about the nature of the failure. However, you can take a look at the underlying ADE OS by running a command "show logging system ade/ADE.log | last 50"
CSCtx99385 ACS Incorrectly Reports Incremental Backup Not Configured After Upgrade

As per the work-around you can try and restart the services of the ACS and configure it again.
However, for disk related issues sometime we need to compress the database as well.
1)Compress the ACS-viewdb.
run "acsview-db-compress" command from acs-config mode through command line.
More detail about the command:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_secure_access_control_system/5-4/command/reference/cli/cli_app_a.html#wp2058964
2)Restart the ACS services.
#acs stop
#acs start
3)Once the services comes back up, run the "purge now". This should be dome from the ACS GUI.
4)Configure the incremental backup again.
NOTE: If your network is live, make sure that you understand the potential impact of any command.
