I am facing a problem related ACS(RADIUS)user account. The created user can't login after 10-15 days, their account got locked and at the same time I can't delete those user name an d hence again I need to create one more user with some different name.
This is very problemetic for me, any one can help me in this regards.
Do you have any radius accounting logs, or have you ran any debugs from the device the user is connecting to? Is the user account part of a different Radius group than other users? Any further information you can post to the forum may help greatly.
All user's are from different group with unique profile/name. There is no happening of debugging. I have attached the failed attempt logging which are few days back can login properly. Now I can't delete this user or reset their password, rather I have to open a new user with new name again.
We have configured the outside and inside Interface with official ipv6 adresses, set a default route on outside Interface to our router, we also have definied a rule , which also gets hits, to permit tcp from inside Interface to any6.
