ACS Login and Authentication problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

Authentication through acs server has been suddenly stopped and I am also unable to login through HTTPS.

Command output of the following command "show application status acs" is :

Application initializing...

Status is not yet available.

Please check again in a minute.

What might be the possible causes? .Pls help.
