ACS Radius Port Configuration

I'm attempting to setup ACS Radius to authenticate against my W2K Domain. I'm testing using Cisco Works against the Radius server. The problem I'm seeing is that the VMS radius configuration looks for the default Radius port UPD 1645. When I NMAP my ACS/W2K server I'm not seeing that port and the Radius service is running.

Where do you set the port at?

Disregard this. My NMAP settings were incorrect. Still failing to authenticate w/ windows, but it's not related to the port.
