ACS SE 4.1 restore db having eap type not configure log

After restoring the backup copy of the database on ACS SE 4.1 with user and system setting, eap type not configure exist in failed attemp log.

Will it be the backup database does not backup the private key which I used for peap-gtc?

Which make all my wireless client does not work.
