ACS System Backup Times

Hi,

I have installed and configured an ACS 4.0 Solution Engine and have come across a problem with scheduling backups.

If I run the backup to an FTP server manually it works fine. However, if I use the Java applet to set specific times for the backup, the settings seem to get "forgotten". If I click "Set All" to highlight the whole calendar and return to the page the settings are kept. If I select specific times, the settings are gone when I return to the page.

Any ideas? I've tried using Netscape and IE browsers.

Thanks for your reply.

However, those links just give instructions for setting up the backup which I have a done - a manual backup works no problem.

The issue is that I can select the times I want an automated backup to run from the Java calendar but those settings don't seem to be remembered. As soon as I return to the page, all of my selections on the calendar have dissappeared.

I have tried this from three different browsers (IE, NetScape and Firefox).
