I have ACS v3.3 installed on a 2003 DC server, I noticed that everytime I make a change(configuration changes that require to stop and start ACS services). The services will stop but will not start again. I will have to reboot the server to start the services again..Help with this issue please.
I guess my original question was: why do I have to restart the services manually while TACACS, ACS v3.3 can do that automatically? remember that there is a button to restart the service in ACS.Everytime I make a configuration change that require stopping and restarting services, it hangs.
