ACS v3 & Active Directory authentication error: UNKNOWN?

Anyone experience this problem?

We have a brand new install and Active Directory. We can authenticate using TACACS+ to a local user account, but cannot authenticate to domain users in Active Directory.

Any ideas?

Try troubleshooting with debug tacacs+, do post the error message you get.
