Please see the attatched screenshots of the ACS tacacs accounting log, where I've marked the empty columns, where I would expect to see data.
For the record - I've tried with 2 IOS devices; one 3560 switch running 12.2(58)SE2, and a 1841 router running 12.4(24)T4, and the log from the IOS-devices (debug tacacs accoutning, debug tacacs packet and debug aaa accounting) indicates that the username attribute IS being transmitted.
