My org is switching from an appliance-based deployment to a Windows-based deployment (got tired of maintaining the Remote Agents separately and having no access to the system interface.) We're also installing a newer version of the software, obviously.
ACS will not replicate its database between boxes on different code versions. Is there any clever way to get my Network Devices database copied over from the appliances onto my windows boxes, or am I looking at hand-entering 850+ devices during the conversion?
If you still have a valid SAS contract on the appliance for 3.2, upgrade it to 3.3.3. Then, install 3.3.3 on your Windows server, do a replication from the appliance to the server. Finally, upgrade the server from 3.3.3 to 4.1.
