Administration Issues

Hello All,

I am running an ACS 4.1 Appliance (1113). A couple of our administrators cannot add users to a group even though I have checked "Grant All" in their privileges. I get the following log in "activity"

"Administrator tried to access the "User list or add/edit" pages but does not have the required privilege."

Again, I have granted them all privileges.

Anyone seen this before?

Hi,

Try deleting the users and create it once again grant them all the privileges under Administration Control and Restart the ACS server in Service Control.

I have the same issue running 4.1.1(23) on my 1111. I deleted the administrative user and cycled the services. User still can't add users.

Can you create admin account using another browser or computer?
