That debug output is pretty difficult to understand. But what is very clear is that the SDI server is not responding. I would check with the person who administers the RSA/SDI server and ask about how your ASA is configured. It has been a while since I did this but I remember getting an ASA configured to authenticate with SDI and they had to change something about the way we were defined on the RSA/SDI server.
