ACS 4.0 for windows
Issue:
Authentication getting failed for external database (windows AD) user.
Error:
Getting authentication failure code as: ?Internal error?
Cisco.com Document says ?authentication not processed for error code 4
Following are the steps carried out for external database integration
- Windows database is available in External User Databases
- Configured external user database is available in the Group Mapping section and appropriate group is selected from the domain. (other ACS 3.X is already working in the same domain with same group)
- In Unknown User Policy, windows database is listed in ?Selected Databases list? and it specified.
