Can't run SESM

I've been trying to run SESM 3.1.7 on WinNT4.0 with demo mode. but I can't.

I reinstalled Java JRE 1.3.1 but no use. I start startNWSP script and open a browser with URL http://localhost:8080 but always "page can not be displayed".

I've just solved my problem. It's all about global settings of the PC I'm trying to install SESM on. I changed global settings from "Turkish" to "US English" and everything is OK, no java error or exception messages.

I can confirm some troubles with the SESM in demo mode using Win NT 4.0

I do get the SESM server running and the login page is displayed, but the user is never authenticated. I did a packet analysis and found that the AAA server is not responding to the Radius Requests. (I started the AAA server using the startAAA command)

Anyhow, this same installation in a Win XP Pro environment works with no problem.
