Cannot access web admin CSACS 1113 appliance

Im trying to configure new 1113 appliance, but I cannot access web admin. I can access it from telnet using administrator login, but when I try administrator login on web admin login page, it failed.

Any idea what happen to my appliance?

i'm having a similar problem though i can't telnet to the box

how did you you configure it for telnet/ssh access

Have you configure it using serial connection? For initial configuration, you need to console the box. Then, you must change default administrator login and set the ip address of the box. No other configuration needed for telnet access.

Problem solved.

1113 appliance cannot have same hostname and admin name.

I have the same problem, can telnet to the 1113 but web access hang when try to connect to http://ip:2002/

apologies on hijacking this thread but i can't seem to get into the box.I've consoled into the device but nothing is showing up on the screen..really odd!

are you sure you're using the correct settings in hyperterminal?

I use SecureCRT and i've used the same settings for all of the cisco devices with no problem. I'm just puzzled on why i can't console in...urgh, frustrating!

Check the settings for the terminal software connected to the console.

The settings are :

.Baud = 115200

.Databits = 8

.Parity = N

.Stops = 1

.Flow control = None

From ACS 4.1 , the appliance administrator cannot login through ACS GUI. We need to create a GUI admin for accessing acs web interface.
