Cannot grab certificate from ftp server

hi all,

we need some help here, we have AAA server, and windows 2000 server (CA server and FTP server built inside also). when we try to import a certificate from FTP server, it cannot be done because ACS shows that it cannot connect FTP server and sometimes it shows 'username and password invalid, so we cannot import certificate. Could you all give us some advice how to resolve this problem...thanks

We have seen problems with Win 2k3's inbuilt ftp server.

try using a third party free FTP server like Filezilla. This would be the quickest way to solve the problem.

i had successfully grab certificate from ftp server, but the problem is, the user still failed to authenticate to the network, can u give me an advise how to solve it..thanks..
