The accounting records are normally sent to the same server used for authentication and authorization. You can use Distribution Tables to enable domain stripping and configure proxy capabilities. In your case, the best way to send the accounting information to another server is to specify under the Network Configuration > Distribution Table > (Default) that you wish to send accounting information to Local and Remote servers. You will also need to specify which servers you are sending it to.
