CSC service module problem

We use a CSC module in our 5520 ASA. The module generates the next error message: “Module in slot 1 experienced a control channel communication failure” and sometimes lets the ASA hang. Only a hard reset gets the communication going again.

A reset of the module dos not help. We use ASA version 7.2.(3) en CSC version 6.1. What can I do to get the CSC going without any problems??

I'm having the same problem. The CSC will also frequently hang for a few minutes when changing settings in the web interface. The product seems far from mature and has so far been very dissapointing.
