Hi,

You will need the migration utility in order to guide through the process, is the ACS an appliances or does it currently run on windows?

Here is a link to get you started -

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_secure_access_control_system/5.3/user/guide/migrate.html

The steps you will need are as follows:

You will need a migration machine (windows server running the same version and patch of your current ACS).

Using the above link pull the migration file (do not use RDC use VNC it will only work this way)

You will follow the above guide to turn on the migration interface of the ACS through the cli.

Follow the steps through the migration guide and it should go just fine.

Thanks

If you have an appliance you need to have ACS on windows also as a migration machine.

Take backup on the appliance, restore it on the windows ACS (must be same version and patch as the appliance) and then run the migration tool
