Exporting Administrators and AAA Clients from ACSv3.0 to ACSv3.1

I used "csutil -b" to back up the ACSv3.0 server and "csutil -r all" on the ACSv3.1 to restore, but that failed with this error "Backup file C:\temp\acsrestore\back is not for this version of CiscoSecure". Is there any way I can copy over the administrators and the AAA clients? I don't care about the use database.

Re: Exporting Administrators and AAA Clients from ACSv3.0 to ACS

Hi,

Backup and restore should be performed on the same exact version of software lik ACS 3.0 to ACS 3.1, you need to run the setup on ACS 3.0 so that software can convert the database from ACS 3.0 to ACS 3.1.

If you use the "csutil" that will backup all the NAS info but you need to resotre it in ACS 3.0 and not in ACS 3.1

Thanks

Sujit
