I am using 3620 with one PRI.Iam getting error

%AAAA-3-DROPACCTLOWMEM: accounting record dropped due to low memory: net-start 4v7jxen Async18

%AAAA-3-DROPACCTLOWMEM: accounting record dropped due to low memory: net-stop comm16 Async5

Kindly help to resolve this issue as my router is missing start and stop packets.

My AAA commands are as under

aaa new-model

aaa authentication login default local group radius

aaa authentication ppp default if-needed group radius local

aaa authentication ppp dialin-users group radius

aaa authorization network default group radius none

aaa accounting network default start-stop group radius

How much RAM in the router, and what other processes are active? NAT? Lots of Access lists? How much stuff are you logging?

Which version of IOS?

Everything you enable is going to take processor and RAM. Explicitly disable everything you're not using.

You may want to check out the Blaster / nachi docs on the main Cisco site too. A sudden loss of performance and / or memory frequently indicates the presence of a Worm / Virus / Attack.
