Getting "file transfer error" on cisco ACS

File transfer error while doing app upgrade

Description

symptoms :

application upgrade fails with File Transfer Error.

Condition:
This could happen in following scenarios:

1.If there is a problem in network connectivity between ACS and the remote
repository.
2.If the file transfer server (for example, FTP) has problem in sending large
data.

Workaround:

1.Ensure that the connectivity is proper before the executing application
upgrade.
2.Ensure that, remote repository is capable of sending large data. If the
problem persists, try from different remote repository.
