HA NAC Manager failover issue

Bryan Wulfric

Dear all,

I have a high availability NAC Manager and high availability NAC Server. When i try to failover the active primary NAC Manager to secondary NAC Manager, NAC Server is not able to connect to secondary NAC Manager. I'm sure that ip connectivity is no problem. When i try to make the primary NAC Manager as the active one, NAC server can connect to primary NAC Manager. It seems that NAC Server can not connect to secondary NAC Manager.

Does anybody have any idea?

Thanks.

Hi Nitesh,

I've checked the certificate. It seems that i forgot to import certificate of NAC Server to secondary NAC Manager.

Thank you for help.
