How to use ACL's within ACS 3.1 & VPN 3015

I setup the ACS server following this link

Everything works fine but the VPN's group filters are being used. If it possible to setup filters on the ACL for each group.

I want to limit access to certain servers on the internal network using the groups listed on the ACS.

Would this be in addition to how I have the servers setup.

Can I still use the same "Network Configuration" on the ACS server, AAA Client being authenticate using RADIUS (Cisco VPN 3000) or do I have to change to RADIUS (IETP).
