How works the two external databases in ACS?

I have two VPN groups in VPN3030 and want to associate to the differnet domain that NT and AD in ACS.

Q1) if I join the two domains(NT and AD) in the ACS external database, how choose the domain the request from VPN3030? please explain me two cases that trusted and non-trusted between Domains.

Q2) Can I automatically assigning the Domain authenticated users(dynamic mapped) to the ACS group? for exmample, NT users assign to group1 and AD users to group2.

Q3) if the Q2) is not supported, do I need manually move the users to the specific group from the default?
