HP ProCurve RADIUS with Cisco ACS

Hi,

we have some new HP ProCurve Switches in our Network and we want our Cisco ACS RADIUS-Server to do their (vty) login-authentifiction.

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the Cisco ACS and I also don't know which VSAs are needed by HP switches.

Can anybody help?

Thanks in advance,

Rolf Fischer

Re: HP ProCurve RADIUS with Cisco ACS

Once you know what the HP VSAs are... the feature in ACS you need is "User Defined VSAs" or UDV.

Look in the docs for csutil. In the acs utils folder there should be an example .ini file for a made up vendor. Copy the format to define the HP VSAs then run:

csutil -addUDV

where is 0..9 as I recall

a few years since I wrote that bit ;)
