I am having a problem setting ip http authentication using our ACS 3.2 Tacacs server. I set up the command to tell it to use AAA: ip http authentication aaa. I can use tacacs for telneting in, but on none of my devices I can use http and tacacs? Any thoughts?

Sometimes reinstalling may work

I had the same problem recently but searching on the forum I found the answer
In your ACS server you need to make sure that your user has the following in the TACACS+ section:
tick option "Shell (exec)"
tick option "Privilege level" and put value "15"
Before I did this the I couldnt' log on through the web browser although ACS said I was successfully authenticated. Afterwards I could log on with no problem.
Hope this works for you.
