Implement MAC Authentication Bypass

I want use MAB authenticate VPN client with MAC address of VPNclient. When I Install CA on ACS, I can't find Private key file (*.pvk). CA on window have't this file, what is CA I can use to Import into ACS

I have imported CA into ACS, I config as same as guide document, but MAB is not run. Can you help me test MAB
