Hi,

Has anyone had any luch with integrating CSM With ACS4.0?

I can authenticate a user but the problem is is it will only give level 1 privelige.

Is there any way to force the user to go to level 15?

I am using External database with Windows Authen.

Thanks in advance

Following link can help you configure CSM with ACS.

If using External Database make sure to do the Group mapping with right group, in order to get the right role/privilege.

Hi Rohit,

Thanks for your answer.

I have followed all of the procedures, but when I log in, I still only get level 1, where I actually want to log in as level 15...

Any idea?

Bring users/groups in at level 15

1. Go to user or group setup in ACS

2. Drop down to "TACACS+ Settings"

3. Place a check in "Shell (Exec)"

4. Place a check in "Privilege level" and enter "15" in the adjacent field
