IOS and Windows 2008 NAP (IAS)

I'm trying to configure AAA (Radius) on my Routers and Switches (1841, 2821, 3825 / 3560G's). I would love to have to AD security groups (Router Admins - priviledge 15, RouterView - priviledge 1), and also authenticate VPN (using a VPNUsers AD security group). I also need a 3rd group, WiFiAccess to allow wireless groups.

Can someone point me to some good documentation for this? I can get one or the other working. The problem seems to be IAS policies, as it seems to hit the 1st policy and allow or deny depending on which policy I have 1st. Any tips, examples, help??

AFAIK IAS can't do Authorization or multiple groups.
