The Trustsec design guide was very helpfull for me. It also covers other parts like WLAN.

Here is a guide that shows the switch configuration -

Also are you a Cisco partner, if so there is some training that should be available to you. Keep in mind when deploying Cisco is requiring that an ATP be selected for the deployment for all types except wireless.

Good luck!

Hey Frazel,

I would recommend you check out some of the Smart Business Architecture (SBA) documentation at It is straightforward documentation with lots of screenshots and easy to follow instructions to get you up and running with a wide range of Cisco products.

Here are a list of documents that have to do with ISE:

Advanced Guest Wireless Deployment Guide

BYOD-Internal Corporate Access Deployment Guide

BYOD-Identification and Authentication Deployment Guide

BYOD-Guest Wireless Access Deployment Guide

Based  on some of the things you want to do I think you are looking for the  Internal Corporate Access Deployment Guide and the Identification and  Authentication Deployment Guide.

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments about SBA!
